At GreyRider Threads, each item is made to order. We create our designs and work with a trusted print-on-demand production partner to print, package, and ship each order.

Because every item is produced specifically for your order, please allow time for both production and shipping.

Order Processing and Production Time

Most orders are sent to production shortly after purchase. Production time may vary depending on the product, order volume, supplier availability, holidays, and other fulfillment factors.

Typical production time is usually 2–7 business days before an order ships.

During busy seasons, holidays, or periods of high demand, production may take longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been produced and shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping carrier, destination, and selected shipping method.

Estimated shipping times are generally:

  • United States: 3–7 business days after production
  • International orders, if available: shipping times vary by destination and customs processing

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Made-to-Order Fulfillment

GreyRider Threads products are not pulled from pre-made inventory. Each product is printed after the order is placed.

This helps reduce waste and allows us to offer a wider variety of designs, colors, and sizes. Because of this made-to-order process, shipping may take longer than stores that ship from stocked inventory.

Shipping Carriers

Orders may ship through carriers such as USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, or other available carriers depending on the product, destination, and fulfillment provider.

Carrier selection may vary by order.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update the tracking information after shipment.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbors, your local post office, or the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

GreyRider Threads is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered production or shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

GreyRider Threads is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or packages marked delivered by the carrier.

If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number. You may also contact us, and we will help review the order information and assist where possible.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging, if applicable

We will review the issue and work with our production partner to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund when applicable.

Returns and Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color selection, buyer’s remorse, or other customer preference issues.
