This website is operated by GreyRider Threads. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to GreyRider Threads. Because our items are produced through a print-on-demand process, slight variations in print placement, color, or appearance may occur and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason.

Your order is not accepted until payment has been successfully processed and we send confirmation of acceptance. Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because our products are made to order, we may be unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been placed.

If we need to refuse, cancel, or change an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, or phone number provided at checkout.

Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon delivery of the items to the shipping carrier.

SECTION 6 - REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, color selection, buyer’s remorse, or any other customer preference issues.

We only accept returns, replacements, or refunds for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives with a printing issue, damage, defect, or the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and work with our production partner to resolve it.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, designs, product images, product descriptions, branding, and other materials, is the property of GreyRider Threads or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

GreyRider Threads names, logos, designs, and slogans may not be used without our prior written consent.
