Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with GreyRider Threads.

All of our items are made to order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand production partner. Because of this, orders require production time before they ship.

Order Processing and Production
Most orders are processed and produced within approximately 2–7 business days. Production times may vary depending on the product, order volume, seasonal demand, and product availability.

Shipping Time
After production is complete, shipping time will vary based on the shipping method selected, the destination, and carrier conditions. Standard shipping times are estimated and are not guaranteed.

Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been produced and shipped, not at the time the order is placed. Total delivery time is the combination of production time and carrier transit time.

Shipping Carriers
Orders may be shipped using different carriers depending on the product, print provider, destination, and shipping method. We do not control which carrier is used for a particular order.

Tracking
If tracking is available for your order, you will receive tracking information once the item has shipped. Please note that tracking updates may take time to appear after the package has been handed off to the carrier.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delays or additional charges may occur. If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has entered production.

Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, holidays, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and work with our production partner on a resolution.

International Orders
International shipping times may vary widely by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by their country or local authorities.
